I wanted to create a special edition for SASM by Maiga Doocy, my favourite read of 2025 .My goal was to create a gateway into the book’s whimsical world.
I built the edition around a grimoire aesthetic. The visual direction also explores the relationship between Leo and Grimm, a scriver and caster — two sides of the same coin despite themselves.
